Profile
As a fully qualified engineer and project and change manager I became aware that technical skills alone do not guarantee project success. The critical success factors also include the difficult-to-define people skills such as self-awareness, self-mastery, leadership, coping, communication and interpersonal skills. Especially in multi-disciplinary teams assembled from your organisation, customers and suppliers.
Looking back, I can pinpoint those pivotal moments when I would have really benefited from coaching and mentoring. I resolved to help others to reach their full potential at work.
So, I embarked on my journey of becoming fully qualified as a teacher of people skills out of my own pocket as a Performance Coach in Business, a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and designing NLP into coaching.
So that I was able to design NLP into coaching, mentoring and people skills training to help people be the very best they could be.
All of this is underpinned by my successful career in portfolios, programmes, projects and business change as shown in www.mdpml.co.uk.
Associates
My associates are all Master Practitioners of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Trainers in NLP, and members of the International Coach Federation.
